Kingsley-Johnston, Inc. has been the property management company for Cobblestone Square Apartments and Griffin Drive Apartments since they first became operational over 40 years ago. We are locally-owned and on-site, which makes us available to personally address the needs of our tenants and applicants.

Phone calls outside of office hours are answered by an actual person, and emergency maintenance is always available. Our hands-on approach to management has led to countless word-of-mouth referrals, generations of families coming to live in our properties, and decades of residency for some of our tenants.
